3PL & Fulfilment

A third-party logistics provider manages services such as warehousing, inventory control, order processing, pick and pack, dispatch and returns on behalf of another business. This allows your team to focus on customers and growth while an experienced operational partner manages fulfilment.

DMC supports established eCommerce brands, retailers, wholesalers and other businesses that need structured warehousing and order fulfilment. Our eCommerce fulfilment service has a minimum volume of 300 orders per month.

We review your products, order volumes, systems, stock profile and fulfilment requirements. From there, we agree the workflow, establish integrations where supported, receive and reconcile stock, test the process and prepare the account for launch.

Yes. DMC can plan additional warehouse capacity and trained labour around forecast peaks, promotions and campaign activity. Advance notice and accurate volume forecasts help us prepare the appropriate resources while maintaining operational control.
